A LoRA fine-tuned Qwen3-4B model that turns raw transaction monitoring alerts into structured, analyst-ready compliance narratives in seconds. Covers 12 FATF rules and 6 typologies, generating risk assessments, typology analysis, and recommended actions. Trained on 3,000 synthetic examples with a test perplexity of 2.65.
